(1) Save all your scores on a USB stick or an external hard drive.
Generally, your scores are saved under "Documents/FORTE/Mylibrary".
(2) Check that you have installed all available updates for your Windows.
(3) Deinstall and delete all FORTE folders from your computer.
(4) Download the program again.

(6) Please start FORTE in admin mode:
Do a right click on the FORTE start icon and select "Run as administrator".
