Line Break: How do I edit the numbers of measures in a line?

[FORTE 11 and 12*] If you want to adjust the number of measures for a staff or a specific system, follow these instructions: 

Decrease number of measures in system:

Single-click on the first bar you want to move to the next staff.
Confirm with ENTER. The bar will automatically be moved to the next staff.

Increase the number of bars in the system:

Single-click on any bar in the staff.
Confirm with Shift+ENTER. The first bar of the next staff will automatically be moved to the selected staff.
Repeat this process as often as you like to further increase the number of measures in the staff.

You can define these settings for each bar line according to your selection.
